Bighearts Africa is the small-business company of the Bighearts Village. We connect young people to small businesses and grow both: sourcing and supporting the SMMEs that host project youth, running sponsor-funded placements, and developing small businesses as businesses — structure, mentorship, and market access through the Bighearts Shop and the Village. We are practical people. Our track record is written in host stories rather than slogans — more than 500 host businesses managed, and a share of the network's 8,000+ placements — and we measure ourselves by what lasts: businesses that keep trading, and young people who stay employed.
