Mogapi is the managerial link between our Sponsors and our Youth, known as the Employment Agent. Mogapi offers the employment contracts for the Youth to participate in the program.

The Abamandla team is hands on available to the Youth in the form of WhatsApp groups, telephone calls and direct contact. As Abamandla act as our independent HR service provider, they are a vital component in teaching work ethic, labour laws and general work conduct.

Our Career Readiness sessions provide much insight and knowledge for the Youth and always deem to be a lot of fun.

The Voluntas team does the website and graphic designs, they provide the complete website solution for all the partner companies that are involved with the BIGHEARTS.AFRICA Journey. Aside from building the websites they also register domain names, setup hosting and emails, basically everything you need to get communication online.
