Bighearts Africa is part of the Bighearts Village — the company that connects young people to small businesses and grows both, and the street where SMMEs and hosts find their place in the network.
Services: Bighearts Africa provides enterprise development support, youth job placement programmes, and mentorship opportunities that strengthen the backbone of the economy.
Youth Hosting: We connect motivated youth to year-long placements at participating SMMEs, funded by our third-party sponsors. For youth, this offers valuable work experience and the potential for permanent employment. For SMMEs, it means a nearly fully subsidised employee for a year, plus our HR support throughout the process.
